IG: 🤸🏽‍♀️Look out 2019– it has begun. This year I will add fun and flexibility to my regular strength training and will master the back walkover, the front walkover, the stationary handstand and the walking handstand 🤸🏽‍♀️(GRACEFULLY*—key word, waysss to go 😆). Why? Cuz movement + more fun + more flexibility + better balance + working towards goals is a win, win, win, win, win. After healing my gut through functional medicine, seeing an amazing chiro and getting into a VERY consistent but quite simple strength training routine (+ targeted stretching, holyyyy pecs), my body feels better at 30 than it did for the last decade🙌🏼. 🤸🏽‍♀️ How are you melding movement + fun this year?
