IG: And then this gluten-free goodness happened last night ?. I used @bobsredmill GF pizza dough flour mix and added fresh rosemary into the dough; this kinda thing is the closest I get to “packaged” food. Such a delicious treat. Don’t worry, we paired this with a spinach and kale salad and there’s spinach and fresh basil buried under that cheese too. Not featured: the entire other pizza that we made and ate (only the 2 slices remaining there hahaha). I’ve been away from home for 2.5 weeks now and haven’t eaten out once. When you have accommodations with a kitchen and some creativity, it’s totally possible to make restaurant-quality meals that satisfy, at a fraction of the cost.
