IG: As I sit in front of our little cast iron wood burning stove (because that’s the only place I’m not cold) and it gets dark at 4pm, I dream of the beautiful light, the smell of the air, and the delicious food I am blessed to experience whenever I visit my ‘second home’. These fresh greens, apple banana and tomato came from a nearby organic farm, and the 100% grassfed steak is also locally raised. Preparing food with ingredients like this is an absolute pleasure and I cannot WAIT to get back to it. 4 more sleeps
