IG: Heard of “Golden Mylk”? Well I just made a savory soup spin on that concept (if you’re unfamiliar, Golden mylk is usually a non-dairy ‘milk’ plus turmeric and sometimes spices). Chicken bone broth + leftover steamed cauliflower + coconut cream + turmeric + onion powder + garlic powder + Him. salt & pepper = 💃🏻🙌🏼🤤💁🏻‍♀️😳👌🏼 A recipe suitable for even the laziest of cooks as all these ingredients were just tossed into my blender, puréed, and then gently warmed on the stovetop. Relevant sidenote: If you aren’t on the bone broth bandwagon yet, you’re seriously missing out guys!! It’s soup season and bone broth is *THE BEST* base for all soups and sauces. Plus it’s chocked full of enzymes and gut healing nutrients like collagen, glutamine and glycine. I don’t have a recipe for this exact soup (just get creative, experiment and tryst your intuition!) but I’ll link my article allllll about bone broth in my profile in case you’re interested in diving in (it’s easy, I promise
