IG: I’ve been so busy with garden prep and seed planting that I’ve been seriously slacking on the meal sharing– but here we go: today’s lunch (or 1:30pm breakfast? First meal of the day anyway) is grassfed Aussie filet mignon (with @kerrygoldusa butter, Himalayan salt and pepper) atop a fresh crunchy salad of romaine, kale+broccoli+sunflower sprouts, chunky avocado and @farmhouseculture garlic dill pickle sauerkraut ??. I’ve taken a break from my own garden ventures to go to Ohio and hang with my stepdad and help prepare and seed the gardens he lovingly set up in their new home for my garden-master mom last season. She’d be stoked we are doing this together and I can’t wait to see how it turns out. We are both missing her so much, but I’m feeling all the love and gratitude that I am able to be here, do this and honour her. Xo
