IG of Sunday brunch (yesterday) @ladymrestaurant–it’s amazing how much joy this meal brings me. I eat it sooo damn slow, savor every little bite, close my eyes and count my blessings as the flavours just ignite my tastebuds. Anyone else have a meal that makes you feel this way? Maybe it’s not the healthiest choice for every day, but I say, eat the damn thing *once in a while* and ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY✨ (The B.A.B., aka bacon, avocado and brie benny. Pretty sure the heavens open up when I eat this?) Ok I’m a bit of a foodie and a Holistic Nutritionist and sometimes they MAY conflict a little but I really do believe holistic health also has to do with ENJOYING YOUR LIFE and not being so limited in your choices, or full of fear, that enjoyment is lost. You just can’t eat salads 100% of the time. But it’s taken me a while to get to this place of balance. I encourage you to find your balance as well
