IG: Sunday dins! I slow cooked this sizable grassfed beef roast in a little bone broth with 2 roughly chopped onions and spices (turmeric, cumin, rosemary, sage and lots of sea salt n’ peppa) for about 22 hours. It was simply fall apart toooooo dieeeee for ???. Here we gots some baby asparagus with sautéed curly kale, @kerrygoldusa butta, refried sweet potato and those onions cooked with the beef I was talkin’ ’bout. Daaaayyyum girl, you good
