IG: Do your salads excite you? If not, you’re doing them all wrong. Chowing down on this flavorful creation right now and I couldn’t be happier. You can step up the flavor by adding fresh herbs like basil, mint and parsley and spices like crushed chili pepper flakes. To prolong satiety and add richness, add fats from avocado, goat cheese (in moderation and if you tolerate it well) and some kickass oil like MCT, hemp, avocado or EVOO (you can also add some soaked nuts and seeds if you so desire… or a little high quality bacon here or there ?) . Some ferments like@kimchi or sauerkraut are also a happy-gut, flavorful addition ??. Ok time to finish eating this masterpiece, byeee?
