IG: ESCAROLE 🥬 do you eat it? I just harvested 5 massive heads of it. It’s my first year growing it and truth be told I’ve never actually cooked with it. I’ve seen recipes for simple sautéed escarole which I might try, but would love to hear YOUR suggestions on how to prepare this gorgeous bitter green
