IG: Ferments, prepped ✅! Can I say again how EASY it is to make your own probiotic-rich ferments like sauerkraut at home?! All you need is cabbage and salt. I literally made these happen in under 10 minutes. Now they must FERMENT for a few weeks (by sitting in the jar at room temperature, no work required by me, it’s the bacteria’s turn!). But seriously guys it’s so easy, cost effective, and healthy.
