IG: Got leftovers? Make a simple crustless quiche! 🍽 One of my top visited pages on freshandfrank dot com is my “Easy Crustless Quiche” recipe. That’s probably because, as noted, 1) it’s EASY and 2) it’s delicious 🤤 Today’s creation used up a ton of leftover veggies from the last 2 night’s dinners: grilled onion, zucchini and Japanese yam and steamed broccoli and green beans. I also had half a leftover sausage that I chopped up and threw in there. Veg + maybe a little meat + eggs, salt & pepper and some dairy if you tolerate it (organic grass fed cheddar or goat’s feta is lovely), popped into an oiled cast iron skillet and baked… so simple!
