IG: Keeping lunch SUPER simple today (because I literally have a lot of seeds to sow and seedlings to transplant, AND because who doesn’t love simple?!) with 2 gently poached eggs over steamed spinach with avocado, kimchi, @kerrygoldusa grass fed butter, Mennonite bacon and sprinkled with Colima unrefined sea salt… flavor heaven right here ma peeps!! ?? Side note: I will admit that kimchi sometimes looks like the contents of a zombie’s stomach (like here) but faaacccckk it’s so delicious and so good for you ??‍♀️. Happy Friday
