IG: The best kinda medicine? FOOD! 🙌🏼 🥘 Woke up with a gnarly sore throat this morning 😷 so it’s time to crank my body full of the good stuff. Started off with @organogold reishi spores and reishi King coffee, a hefty dose of vitamin D, colloidal silver, and then, OF COURSE some medicinal healing chicken soup. I puréed some big chunks of fresh organic ginger, turmeric and garlic and then gently simmered it in homemade chicken bone broth. I added a can of organic coconut milk, carrots, celery, local ramps and green onion. I topped it off with last night’s dinner leftover cauliflower and chopped up chicken. I seasoned to taste with Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper. Finally, I added a massive handful of organic bean sprouts 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Soooooo nourishing and tasty and comforting, plus hella immune boosting and anti-inflammatory😊
