IG: This photo is awful, maybe I’ll take a better one tomorrow. Or maybe not. But what matters is that dark chocolate and nut butter is delicious 🍫+ 🥜. These hearts are filled with organic peanut butter. Peanut butter is one of those things I don’t eat very often due to its often high pesticide content as well as its high likelihood of containing mold. But when I do, I enjoy it and then move on. You can also use almond or other nut buttas. Find a silicone mould or adorable paper cups and melt some dark chocolate chips in a double boiler. A double boiler is when you put a bowl over a pot of boiling water and melt the thing in the bowl so it doesn’t burn. Pour a thin layer into the mould or cups. Let it cool in the fridge. Add your nut butta. I also added cacao nibs because I like a crunch. Then add another layer of melted chocolate to seal it up and cool in the fridge. VOILA! Nut-butta-chocolate-heaven. I took a photo of one of these bitten into so you could see the nut butta but it was also a terrible photo. At least they’re delicious. Maybe l’ll try again tomorrow in the daylight. Tomorrow is a new day, folks! Make some nut butta cups 😘 Goodnight
