IG: Welp folks, looks like I’ve had to take the organic urban grow-op vertical today ⬆️ due to overcrowding of our ONE well-lit window and it being too cold to put these itty babies outside. Urban farming at its finest– you improvise! I’ve grown 100% of my seedlings from organic/heirloom seed this year and I have a BUNCH more I still want to sprout (but am panicking because I don’t have the room?! Oh no!!). Currently IN THIS WINDOW we have: •baby bok choy •blue Scotch curled kale •English thyme •Vates curled kale •ruby red Swiss chard •butternut squash •sugar pie pumpkins •dark green zucchini •striped zucchini •chives •watermelon beefsteak tomatoes •mystery tomatoes •tomatillos •jalapeños •bell peppers •mouse melons •curly garden cress •basil •sunflowers •marigolds •nasturtiums •calendula •holy basil / tulsi •freckles lettuce •sage •cilantro •bloomsdale spinach •candycane beets •dill •ground cherries •baby dill cucumbers •giant Italian parsley And I still have carrots, lavender, cauliflower, onions, sweet potatoes, an array of flowers, more beets, laccinato kale, and MORE to sprout. Whooooaaaaa. It’s gonna be a GREAT summer
