IG: Yepppp, itโ€™s ๐Ÿฒ season (thatโ€™s a soup if you were wondering).โ  โ  Soups are a great way to pack super nutritious plant goodies into a delicious masterpiece of scrumptiousness and to also make you feel cozy.โ  โ  They can also be VERY filling and satisfying.โ  This is why I appreciate soups. โ  โ  I love using bone broth as a base to add steamed veg in a chunky concoction or for a creamy smooth texture, blending in veggies like, my all time favs, CAULIFLOWER which produces a surprisingly creamy treat for the palette.โ  โ  BONUS: add an anti-inflammatory punch to your soups by popping in turmeric (freshly grated or powdered), garlic, ginger or all 3 โ€” these are warming spices that boost the immune system so are also great for this time of year ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ.โ  โ  If youโ€™re like me and appreciate bacon, do yourself a favor and just go ahead and add some crumblies to the top of your blended veggie soup (bonus if you can get it from a pastured source). And maybe even some fresh green onions too, like Iโ€™ve done โคด๏ธโ  โ  The sky is the limit for soup, folks!โ  โ  Just make sure youโ€™re adding enough GOOD SALT (Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt are great) and some GOOD FAT (extra virgin olive oil, ghee, avocado oil) to really pull out all those flavors.โ  โ  And thatโ€™s that for soup for today.โ  โ  ๐—”๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ? ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜โ€™๐˜€ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ? โ  โ  [๐™ป๐™ธ๐™ฝ๐™บ ๐™ธ๐™ฝ ๐™ฟ๐š๐™พ๐™ต๐™ธ๐™ป๐™ด ๐šƒ๐™พ ๐™ผ๐šˆ ๐š‚๐™ธ๐™ผ๐™ฟ๐™ป๐™ด, ๐™ฒ๐™ท๐™ธ๐™ฒ๐™บ๐™ด๐™ฝ ๐™ฑ๐™พ๐™ฝ๐™ด ๐™ฑ๐š๐™พ๐šƒ๐™ท ๐š๐™ด๐™ฒ๐™ธ๐™ฟ๐™ด!]โ
