Who doesn’t love mouthwatering blueberry pancakes on a snoozy Sunday morning? Or any day, any time, really.
The beauty of this recipe is that it’s SO simple. You can be kinda sloppy and not really put a whole lot of TLC into it and they’ll still turn out great.

Blueberry Blender Pancakes Recipe

Course Main Dish
Passive Time 10 minutes


  1. Take your blender and literally toss ALL the ingredients in.
  2. Blend all for 30 seconds or until well mixed.
  3. Let sit for 5 min before cooking batter on a hot griddle or coconut-oiled pan.
  4. Add wild blueberries by the spoonful to each pancake while cooking (and cover each one with batter to avoid sticking when flipped over).
  5. Top with organic coconut butter, hemp hearts and a drizzle of real maple syrup.
  6. Enjoy!
