Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Raisin Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free organic oats
- 2 tbsp grassfed butter or ghee, melted (or coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup organic raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Spread granola evenly onto baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until just golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Enjoy!
