Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

A crunchy, salty, satisfying snack. Chickpeas are extremely high in fibre and high in protein, so go ahead, munch and crunch away.

Crunch Roasted Chickpeas Recipe


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chickpeas in ghee/oil until evenly coated.
  3. Add salt and toss again to coat.
  4. Spread chickpeas onto baking sheet lined with tinfoil and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool for about 10 minutes to increase crunch and enjoy!
  6. Optional: If you own a food dehydrator you can dehydrate them for 10-12 hours at 125°F and they will keep their crunch for storage.
  7. Enjoy!!
