IG: I don’t eat out very often. Why? Many reasons: 1. Taste—My food is often tastier than what I could get at most restaurants (sorry if that sounds pompous but it’s the honest truth, and yes it has taken practice). 2. Cost—I save SO much money cooking my own food. 3. Quality Control: I know exactly what goes into everything I make from all the consciously sourced ingredients to the oil it’s cooked in and what method, to how the spices are stored to what kind of salt is used… I can replicate a delicious restaurant meal using FAR healthier ingredients. 4. Restrictions. I’ve been full-on gluten-free for almost 60 days now due to Doc’s orders, and it’s probably something I’ll continue with forever since I’ve seen such drastic improvements in my health. Instead of being limited at a restaurant, if I cook for myself, I can make delicious and appropriate alternatives to pretty much whatever I feel like. If there is one LIFE SKILL you master that will serve you (+ your family & friends) for your lifetime it is real food COOKING. Learn how to cook real food that tastes amazing (secret: lots of grassfed butter and sea salt) and you’ll be healthier and happier than so many. Featured: garlic mashed potatoes (coconut cream, grassfed butter, garlic, salt, pepper), lightly steamed pak choy and 100% grassfed skirt steak seared in butter with ample salt and pepper (pink inside, crispy outside
