IG: Here’s what I ate today (in case you were dyyyying to see), which is very much a normal day for me: 1. Breakfast: a creamy, foamy bulletproof coffee ?? – @bulletproof upgraded coffee beans, Brain Octane (MCT) oil, @kerrygoldusa butter, Himalayan salt & a couple dried green stevia leaves… delicious AF. 2. Lunch: organic veg, fat & protein. @applegate organic apple & chicken sausage with broccoli, sunflower sprouts, sauerkraut, whole mustard, onions & avocado. ???. 3. Dinner: protein, fat & veg + a lil’ carbs (carbs at night because, did you know carbs help you to sleep better?!) Grass fed beef curry with acorn squash, more broccoli with ghee, and a lil’ re-fried leftover turmeric basmati rice. 4. Snack– I don’t typically snack after dins but I ate dinner earlier than usual, and then felt a little hungeee, so I opted for a small organic apple with a raw almond butter, raw honey & Himalayan salt “dip”. I had already gotten into it when I decided I should photograph it, so it isn’t pretty, but it’s real, haha. Did you also know a tsp of raw honey before bed can also help you to sleep better?! ?? Nutrient timing is a real thing peeps, and it has been working wonders for me! Not pictured: a few squares of 88% dark organic chocolate?, filtered water?, and a kombucha with chlorella and spirulina that I also consumed today
