IG: It’s Blue Monday, aka ‘the most depressing day of the year’!🤷🏻‍♀️ According to the guy who made it up over 10 years ago for a travel company marketing campaign [and with no scientific backing] the third Monday in January is the pinnacle of BLAGHHH due to a combo of factors and variables like: ❄️cold poopy weather 💸holiday debt 🎅🏼the end of Christmas 💪🏼failed New Year’s resolutions and 🙇🏻‍♂️general low motivation levels • Even though Blue Monday isn’t a REAL thing, I’m feeling pretty wonky today from this full-lunar-eclipse-wolf-blood-super moon and this new LEGIT winter weather that I’m already decidedly over🌬 (holy, cold!). Soooo, here’s a pic of me with a rainbow unicorn and some advice to get you through today: 🌈do something silly and laugh 🌈eat some cozy & warming real food like a big hearty stew or chicken soup 🌈do a workout or get some kind of movement in. Yoga, weights, stretching, dancing… you decide 🌈write down 3 things you are grateful for 🌈go to bed early and revel in this hibernation time of year without guilt • HAPPY BLUE MONDAY!
