IG: Sunday lunnnnnch 👌🏼 I marinated this local bone-in 100% grass fed sirloin steak for almost 2 days in the juice of a freshly squeezed orange, fresh homegrown garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper, and then paired it with organic shitakes and a massaged organic kale salad (kale and shiitakes from my weekly @durandmarket Market Box delivery, shoutout cuz they’re awesome!). Finished with a sprinkle of maldon salt, cuz yum 🤤 Our chest freezer / freezer / extra fridge freezer 😳 is full to the brim with the side of 100% grass fed beef we just got from a wonderful local farmer… anybody need any consciously raised, no-grains ever meat? Holla! LOL
