IG: Turned that beautiful homegrown zucchini into lightly steamed zucchini noodles, topped them with a fresh homemade spicy tomato basil sauce with herbs from the garden, added some brown rice & wakame noodles because carbs are delicious, and then topped it all with some freshly grated organic Italian parmesan?. Holyyyyy mother of pearl! Update: then I used the leftover sauce to make this tomatoey-bone broth veggie-packed stew last night that was also epic. Does anyone else love good food as much as me? I know @jeffreymcglynn does, probably why we are soulmates
